usage policy

personal commission

You'll receive an artwork with watermark on it
I have the rights to:

-post it on my social media
-use it as portfolio of my work
-sell merchandise, stickers, prints, mugs, etc using the artwork

Commissioner is allowed to :

-post the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
-print the artwork, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself

Commissioner is not allowed to :

-use the artwork commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-resell the artwork
-remove the watermark

commercial commission

You'll receive an artwork without watermark on it
You can see my portfolio of commercial commission such as seamless patterns, brand identities, etc at my Behance page!!
Commissioner is allowed to :

-use the artwork commercially (selling merchandise, stickers, prints, etc are all alowed)
-post the art to promote themselves without crediting me

I, the artist, have the rights to:

-post it on my social media
-use it as portfolio of my work

prices

Price may vary depends on the design, complexity, and the details
personal commission starts from $30
commercial commission starts from $50
buy the source file (psd/ai) (+additional fee)

how to order

Send me a DM of your description for the commission
Provide at least 3 photo / visual references
If you have no preference, I can help decide what I think will work best
After we discuss the commission details, I will give you a price quote

payment

Personal commission : Payment up front via paypal
Commercial commission : 50% deposit before sketch (non-refundable), 50% after sketch approval
I'll send you my paypal email and please pay by friends/family option or you have to pay extra to cover the fees charged by paypal
If you require a Paypal invoice, or prefer to send payment as a service, let me know. Extra fees will be added to the commission price.
The paypal fee rates : 4.4% + $0.30 USD

process

I'll start drawing after payment is done
Commission sketches are first drawn traditionally (on paper) and finished digitally
I will send you the sketch preview for approval
Once the sketch has been accepted, I cannot make any major changes. Therefore if you want things to be drawn a certain way, please let me know before I start drawing it digitally.
A commission can take a few days to finish depending on how detailed it is and how many commissions I have to complete
I'll send the final commission preview through DM before send it to your email
I accept 3 revisions (max) for the sketch and 1 minor change after I sent you the final preview
This is a digital purchase, there is no physical product

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

I have the right to decline commissions I dont feel comfortable with or refund commissions if I don't complete
Commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is done
If payment has not done yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
